Founded in 2012, Comfort Cuisine Express has been impressing the local community and businesses with home style foods. We will cater to your family event, your business lunch, any special gathering, including a time of loss and bereavement ,  for a group of any size.  The birth of this busines took place as a result of an amusing conversation.  During my attendance at a Bible Study/Exercise Group I was complaining that it was hard for me to loose weight because I love to cook, and, as a result had a lot of food to eat.  Right away a member commented by asking "Have you ever considered selling your food"?  My instant reaction  was to think of the multiple challenges of taking on such a task.  Such as; limited resources, building a commercial kitchen, liscensing and schooling, marketing, etc..  However, my love of cooking, my history with food, my love of a challenge, and the constant support and encouragement of others provided the inspiration I needed, to start on a journey that would give birth to Comfort Cuisine Express. 

Challenges, hardships, and  competition, has been no stranger in the establishing of this business.  But integrity, great service, tasty food, realiability, and affordability towards all customers and potential customers, balance out and assuage the impact of any and all difficulties.  I am thankful to all of the communities and customers that we serve for that support.  Schooling, certifications, and liscensing, was a landmark of pride for me at this stage of my life.  That pride and success fuels the care that I put into providing great food.
